At Richmond House School Sports Field, Glen Road, Headingley
Tuesday May 8th. 14 people turned up eventually plus a man and a dog who stepped in to help out. (Thanks Dave and Fido).
Two players won all 3 games. Roy & Paul Matthews and Paul had the better points difference by just one point. Strong performance from Malcolm who only played the last two round but had the best two wins points score.
Next Event Sunday 10am to about 2pm.
Open Day where we hope to attract new members. Play a few games; eat a burger or banger or a satay chicken and have a chat.
Next Evening Melee 5th June 6-45 pm
Nice way to end Bank Holiday weekend. Hopefully lots of light and sun and a 3 round melee. Maybe a beer or two.
